In the latest episode of Austin Eras, we are thrilled to welcome Alyssia Palacios-Woods, Executive Director at the Austin-based nonprofit Capital IDEA. Alyssia ​has ​been ​on ​an ​inspirational ​path ​that ​other ​young ​professionals ​should ​take ​note ​of ​as ​she's ​worked ​her ​way ​up ​the ​ranks ​while ​being ​a ​skilled ​communicator, ​a ​fundraiser ​and ​leader ​in ​the ​Austin ​area. ​
