Shanyah Griffith–Rumph join us to discuss her incredible success as owner of Buttermee Pancakes in Asbury Park. Shanyah was a 23 year old avid mental health activist, pursuing a Masters Degree from Rutgers University when life had other plans. Now, at 24 years of age Shanyah spearheads the growth of Buttermee Pancakes, a fun new quick service restaurant that specializes in buttermilk mini pancakes with a mission to spread joy around the world.
