This was by far one of the most interesting episodes we shot, Lachie's story is truly remarkable, full of emotion, challenges and inspiration a truly unique listen. He started out as a chef at the age of just 13 after getting expelled from boarding school for getting into fights and taking down bullies. He then trained under one of the best chefs in Australia at the time, before heading to London at 16 to train at one of Marco Pierre White's establishments and the story only gets more exciting from there. We get stuck into everything from family to living on your own from the age of 13 and the type of person you become. The challenges of cheffing, the passion that drives Lachlan and how he ended up as a scuba instructor at one point of his life, this episode has it all.
