Text the Show

This week, Kim talks about the importance of feeling those sad feelings that seem to come out of nowhere and almost physically knock you down.

We all lose someone or something during our lifetime and there is no "set" timeline for the grieving process to be over. Kim has found it helpful to let the sad feelings come and be acknowledged so that she can continue on with her day. Essential oils are also a great tool to help a person acknowledge those overwhelming feelings. They do not "make you feel better" but they do help you work through what you are feeling.

If you are having trouble coping with the grieving process or any other emotional or mental health issue, please seek professional help. Below are some resources for you.

You've spent your life taking care of everyone else, now it's your turn. It's time to stop shrinking yourself and start taking up space.

That might look like speaking up in conversations, not apologizing when you've done nothing wrong or setting boundaries.

Wherever you are playing small in your life, I can help change that.

The next It's Not J.U.S.T. You™ workshop is coming soon. Make sure you don't miss it by clicking HERE.
