Karyn Seitz is a coach and mentor who realized she lacked confidence in her own life and through searching and mentorship, she found the missing piece to change her life. She turned inward to find out that the problem was inside her and she could help herself find what was missing. Karyn's journey started in her 20's; she realized she needed help and sought therapy which she eventually realized didn't give her what she needed. 

Her journey included:

• Turning to healing modalities like shamanism, reiki, Healing Touch and becoming a healer herself trying to do good work for others but neglecting herself 
• Having a 30-something crisis where she was doing all the things and reading all the books to help herself but still feeling lost
• Meeting her mentors who helped her realize that she was the problem and that this was a good thing
• Finding the deeper understanding that the answers were within her and the freedom gained from that realization
• Realizing that her previous spiritual journey was a process of working against herself
• Knowing that she is responsible for her own choices and how this helped her create a path to happiness
• How God was giving her "wake-up" signs and intervened to help her find her purpose
• How she helps others become better versions of themselves through her program called Awakened Grace
• How unconditional love allows us to show up fully in our relationships
