Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
We Continue Reinforcing
Our Devotional Diaphragm Muscle & Synapses Memory
Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
Is Basis For Our Progressive Sacramental Breathing
We Want To Establish Our Muscle Memory
Of Lowering Our Diaphragm
After Inhaling On Jesus And Exhaling On Christ
Our Synapses Memory
Now If You Have Progressed
On Your Inhales
To Illuminating Individual Lobes
Or Brain Waves
Of Your Lobes Illuminating In Sequence,
You Will Experience Those Illuminations Automatically,
For Now
We Want To Continue To Cultivate The Benefits
Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
Devotionally Exercising Our Diaphragm Muscle
To Help Us Relax
And Increase The Oxygen In Our Blood
Developing
Our Muscle And Synapses Memory
So That
Whenever We Think Or Say,
Meditatively,
The Word
Jesus
We Will Inhale
Feeling Jesus’ Holy Spirit
Entering Our Nostrils
And As Our Lord’s
Breath Of Life
Reaching To Top Of Our Nasal Cavities
We Will
Simultaneously,
Lower Our Diaphragms,
Then
Slightly Hold Our Breaths,
Savoring Our Lord’s Breath Of Life
Exhaling,
Feeling,
Our Lord’s LifeForce,
Through Our Spinal Cords
Into The Rest Of Our Bodies
Maintaining A Calm,
Tranquil, Even Plane Of Rhythmic Brain Waves
While We Prayerfully Breathe Grace.
