Grief. It’s one of those words that sits heavy in your chest before you even try to say it out loud.

This week, we’re pulling the curtain back on what really happens inside our girls and us, when bereavement hits. Whether it’s the death of someone close, the diagnosis that changes everything, or just the quiet ache of missing what used to be… grief touches every part of who we are.

In this episode, I’m sharing what it’s been like walking through loss in real time and what I see in the mums and girls I work with when life suddenly doesn’t make sense anymore. We’ll unpack how grief shows up in the body first through behaviour, attitude, withdrawal, or chaos, long before our brains can make sense of it.

You’ll hear about:
- Why your daughter might self-destruct or self-explode after loss
- The heartbreaking “Was it my fault?” thoughts she might be too scared to say out loud
- How to mirror healing by keeping your loved one’s memory alive in everyday life
- Simple, sensory, play-based ways to help her (and you) move through the ache without rushing it or fixing it

Because grief isn’t an ending. It’s love finding a new shape.

🎧 Grab your mug, take a breath, and let’s talk honestly about what it means to love, lose, and keep going together.

See you next time! 💛
