In Part 2 of the Istighfar Journey, I dive deeper into the mental health side of remembrance—how istighfar isn’t just something we say, but something that truly shifts us from within. I open up about how it’s helped me personally—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—and the changes I’ve seen in my own life because of it.
We also need to have a real conversation about representation. We need more Muslim mental health professionals—people who look like us, understand our experiences, and share our spiritual foundation. That kind of support matters, and it’s something our community deserves more of.
This episode is a reminder that healing and faith go hand in hand, and that turning back to Allah can be a powerful step toward inner peace.
