If you are struggling with any sort of sleep issues, this episode is for you.
I'll be sharing 5 unconventional ways to improve sleep--regardless of what season of life you are in. When we have young kids, nighttime wake-ups are more likely (and expected), but that doesn't mean you can't have better sleep.
During times of high stress, good sleep can be disrupted. During peri-menopause and menopause, sleep can be inconsistent.
You can prepare your body for great sleep. These are ideas for you to try to see what works for you, because everyone will respond differently to these options.
I also talk about the body systems that can affect your sleep. When body systems are struggling, like your liver, gallbladder, pituitary, adrenals and lungs, you may wake consistently during certain times of night. Finding meaning in the times when you're lying awake at night can help offer insight into giving your body the support it needs.
Rooting for you!
