Description

When a baby cries and doesn't get attention, that baby begins to learn that her voice doesn't matter. She may start to keep her thoughts and feelings to herself. She starts to forms beliefs about herself that may or may not be true, like I'm unlovable or I can't rely on others.

These beliefs don't always work to help us get our needs met as we get older. These beliefs can manifest as physical pain, illness, and unexplained symptoms.

You are worthy of health. You are worthy of having your needs met. When you're ready to change your false programming, I'll be here for you!

Reprogramming your brain uses a variety of modalities, including:

  1. age regression/inner child work
  2. visualization
  3. neuro linguistic programming
  4. applied kinesiology (muscle testing)
  5. role play
  6. an in-depth study of psycho-neuro immunology (how our thoughts and feelings affect our health)

By identifying at least one coping strategies and explore how it's helping, how its hurting, and if its actually getting you what you want (if is it fulfilling a need), we can learn a new way.

By identifying and working through some of these questions, we open space in your brain to form new habits or strategies or pathways in the brain that help you actually have your needs met, take back your power, and finally be able to show up in your life!

Emotional processing is the brain reprogram that you need!

My favorite part of every session is when we complete the healing cycle. We clear out the old and replace it with a gift from God, who is the Master Healer.

I know that processing works because I've experienced it in my own life. I feel deeper self love and acceptance. I feel that I do have personal power and control over myself--and that's the only person I can truly have control over.
