No more canned soups. Roasted brussels sprouts for the WIN! (And don't forget bacon).

Replace food guilt with permission to enjoy from gratitude without being overindulgent.

Replace 1000 dirty dishes with disposable or dishwasher safe or a family all cleaning up together so you can all move to the fun things together.

You deserve to be with your family on Thanksgiving day, not slaving away to prepare AND clean up all the mess.

Come to the table from a place of gratitude, instead of resentment or frustration.
