Work with me to release your trauma

"What constitutes a traumatic event is highly subjective and depends on individual experiences, coping mechanisms, and personal circumstances, meaning the same event can affect people differently."1

It's all about your perception, the lens through which you view the world.

Top Traumatic Events

  1. Unexpected death of a loved one
  2. Motor vehicle accidents and
  3. Being mugged

Trauma can look like anxiety, uncontrollable anger, debilitating sadness. Or it could be trouble sleeping or concentrating, brain fog, always on edge. Or it could be nothing...at first. But later will manifest as physical symptoms like headaches, constipation, hormonal imbalances, or even an autoimmune disease.

So you survived a traumatic experience, now what?

  1. Asking for help doesn't make you a burden. You are worthy of help and health.
  2. Find a professional who can help you release the trauma. (I am that professional)
  3. Reprogram your brain to deal with old triggers.

Emotional processing is a beautiful way to incorporate all 3 of these steps.
