Description

Integrative Processing Technique is the energy healing modality I use. The goal with IPT is to:

  1. Identify the faulty thinking, beliefs or coping habits through accessing old, emotionally charged experiences or traumas. 
  2. Clear the beliefs and energetic blocks tied to those beliefs. 
  3. Identify a new way of coping that does get you what you need using the new insights, information and adoptive strategies. 

We move and release the energy blocks through:

  1. verbalization
  2. visualization
  3. movement
  4. coloring for kids
  5. screaming
  6. breathwork, yawn, sigh
  7. digestive movement like burping, passing gas, sometimes even vomiting
  8. listening (tapping into your subconscious mind to hear what your inner knowing has to say)
  9. crying
  10. laughing
  11. pain building and releasing
  12. role play
  13. manifestation and setting intentions

The goal with IPT is to 

  1. desensitize trauma, meaning make triggers less triggering, keep your body in parasympathetic (rest and digest) mode more often
  2. Reprogram dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors
  3. Replace old beliefs with the truth, build self confidence, new coping skills,
