About Sarah Bernardi Carkner: Sarah is the Group Exercise Director at ACAC West Chester, overseeing 200+ classes and 80 instructors. She's the co-founder of FAB Empowers, which creates fun wellness experiences for women, and author of a book featuring 10 life lessons learned on the fitness floor. A former professor with 8 years of teaching experience, Sarah is passionate about making personal development accessible and enjoyable while helping others step into their light.
