In this podcast episode, the question arises as to whether German constitutional law plays any role for the Swabians and their church. Are these just empty words? In view of the many previous episodes, the question arises as to whether Henning's human dignity has been systematically violated in everything that has happened to him over the decades. Is the concept of protecting human dignity in German jurisprudence more of an abstract concept that has no effect at all in reality? Is it not practically applicable? Does anyone really care?
