Description

This message is for you, dear friend, the one who is missing someone today.  Four years ago, my father passed away.  Navigating the grief of loosing someone close to you is one of the hardest things to do.  We might consider that we're depressed, but we could also be brokenhearted.  Hearts matter.  They take time to heal, just like any other muscle or broken bone.   Unfortunately, we can't see our heart.

So, to you, dear friend, the one who may be missing the one you love, know that you are not alone.  It's OK to be sad.  It's OK to miss them, and it's OK to have a broken heart.  My faith and my family bring me the greatest comfort.  I pray you find joy in their memories and peace for the hard days.

All my love!
