Description

On today's episode, I'm chatting with my friend, Hannah Gottschalk, about her experiences leading teams, navigating through trauma, and how she still finds a way to focus, reset and renew her mind and heart in the hardest of times.  She's worn many hats!  She has spent several years leading teams across various roles as an advocate and therapist.  She leads teams in the community as an Executive Director and as a coach in her new Fierce and Free Coaching company!

She shares her passion for justice, her heart of gratitude and how her process of reflection allows her to focus on healthy boundaries, self-care as you lead with a servants' heart.
