Katherine Crouse AKA Katie PIE, a trailblazing entrepreneur, and co-founder of "INFINITUS," embarked on her journey to redefine the pizza industry through a lens of triple bottom line accounting in November of 2010. Born and raised in Broomfield Colorado, her love for pizza was ingrained from a young age. She always felt there was more to this beloved food than just a delicious slice. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, her journey to "inspire via mouthwatering iPIE coupled with a passionate dedication to community, education and humor" began. Katie PIE's journey continues as she expands Infinitus to new locations, spreading her vision of a community-focused, business model.
