Ed shares how Top Gear and Austin Vince inspired him, his unique filming style born from pretending he's on video calls with friends, and the 21-hour editing process behind each episode. He recounts winter riding through Canada and Alaska with girlfriend Rachel, camping at -40°, the viral India truck crash clip, and his engineering-driven pivot to ridiculous vehicles — including an amphibious mini Jeep, tank-track conversions, and 700-mile lawnmower adventures.
