In this episode, we’re tackling the very casual, very not-casual task of explaining the world to our kids while still Googling half of it ourselves. We talk about how making friends as an adult somehow feels harder than filing taxes, and why everyone suddenly needs a shared hobby, a calendar invite, and emotional availability.

We also get into “waffling it,” aka compartmentalism. You know, putting different versions of yourself in neatly labeled boxes just to survive the week. Work you, friend you, parent you, scrolling-in-bed-at-2am you.

Then we zoom out and talk about rebranding yourself. Not in a corporate way, but in a real life, soft reset, choosing who you actually want to be kind of way. Letting go of outdated versions, updating your internal mission statement, and becoming the you that feels more honest and less exhausted.

If you’ve ever wondered how you became this version of yourself and whether it’s time for a refresh, this episode is for you.
