Recent events resulting from Election 2020 have brought a national season of anxiety and turmoil that seems unlike anything we have seen in regard to our national political process. Is there an answer for this? For the Christian, an unequivocal YES! Many passages from Scripture, like Psalm 46 and Isaiah 6 demonstrate that God is both on His Throne and always in control no matter how rough the world's and our personal waters may be. At this difficult season, and any other for the matter, Christians may take comfort that we can remain calm, know that God has the answer for His glory, pray, and be ready when He calls us to act. Friends, at this time we should all pray, pray, and pray. There is no better contribution to God's will prevailing than to humbly seek His face and return to His favor once again (2 Chronicles 7:14).
