How does a former minor league pitcher become a full-time baseball creator? And how do you convince your wife to quit her job to film baseball videos with you?

In this episode of The Brolletts, Greg and Colt sit down with Aiden and Addy Sue McIntyre to explore their journey from pro baseball to full-time content creation and media business.

Aiden shares his path from uncomfortable early vlogs as an A's minor leaguer to building a diversified creator business with YouTube, Instagram, newsletters, and brand deals. Addy talks about the decision to leave her corporate job in 2025 to join the business full-time as videographer and operations lead.

If you've ever wondered what it actually takes to build a sustainable creator business in baseball, this conversation is for you.
