About Robyn:

Robyn Gaillard is a mind-body connection wellness educator & clinician. She is a
passionate advocate for holistic health and the body’s ability to heal.

Client sessions and workshops encourage wellness and oneness through the lens
of the nervous system, circadian & cellular health, and understanding how the
body’s physical and energetic systems rewire and heal. The four pillars of Robyn’s
work include: Movement, Thought, Emotions, Light.

Robyn’s personal, pivotal experiences include healing a marathon training injury
while running the race, understanding the "why" behind a skin cancer diagnosis,
and holistically healing a thyroid dis-ease. Principles of circadian biology, looking to nature, and deep diving into mitochondrial health allowed Robyn to experience
wholeness, wellness, and a deep appreciation for life's ups and downs.

Robyn’s signature CARE approach—Coherence, Authenticity & Alignment,
Resilience, Embodiment—supports clients in reconnecting with their innate healing power and living fully expressed lives.

She's also the host of “My Way Om with Robyn,” a monthly show on News for the
Soul Network exploring holistic health, energy medicine, and consciousness
through expert interviews.

Robyn believes that when we live in rhythm, we hold a stronger charge. We shine
longer. Brighter. We become vessels for our soul’s blueprint to express itself with
clarity and power. When we live out of rhythm, our charge weakens. Our light dims. This disconnection deeply impacts our health, our sense of wellness, and our feeling of oneness with all life.

Robyn guides her clients to a deeper understanding of how living in rhythm often
marks the beginning of a true spiritual journey. It’s in this awareness that we
realize: the light, vitality, and health we embody are directly connected to the
energy we radiate.
