In this episode, we welcome missionary Caleb Hendon, who, along with his wife Brittany and their three children, has been serving in Yurimaguas, Peru, reaching the Unreached People Groups along the Amazon basin. For the past eight years, the Hendons have planted churches, discipled new believers, and led youth and children’s ministry, all while pioneering an incredible movement of orality training that’s transforming how the Gospel is shared among indigenous tribes who can’t read or write.
Caleb shares powerful stories from the mission field, from life deep in the Amazon to their next calling in Arequipa, a city of 1.8 million with very few active churches. Their vision? To establish an Oral Bible Training Center that will equip a new generation of pastors and leaders to reach where the Gospel has never gone before.
This conversation will inspire you to think bigger about what it means to share your faith and trust God’s call, wherever it leads.
