In this episode of the Family Business Podcast, we discuss our personal journeys into the real estate industry. Even though Brad comes from a real estate family he didn't seriously consider real estate all along like you might think. He just really appreciated his parents' flexible lifestyle. Andrea transitioned to real estate from corporate despite counsel that it might be better to retain a steady income to counter Brad’s real estate career. And, PT chose real estate as his first choice right out of college. We each figured out that we had a passion for real estate in different seasons of our life and amid the housing crisis of ’07 and ’08 hit we’ve continued to build a successful family business.
