In today's episode, I’m sharing my conversation with relationship expert Amber Price.  She shares with us the difference between a reflected sense of self and a strong sense of self, including the benefits of working on your relationship with yourself. I first heard Amber as a guest on another podcast and appreciated the personal story she shared about taking ownership and meeting your own expectations. I’m happy she said yes to being a guest, and I get to share her work with you.

Amber Price is an educator, researcher, speaker, and relationship expert who teaches women to feel great about who they are and to strengthen their relationships by learning to let go of the need for other people’s approval.
