In today's episode we're talking about five ways to feel grounded. Before the summer break we were exploring connecting to our intuition.  As we continue to explore and expand, I have found it ever important to take time not only to recharge, but to feel grounded.  A person who is grounded is calm, firmly connected to themselves, and confident.
