57: Where the hell did this come from? Why do I own that? What's under there....? These are probably all questions you've asked yourself walking around your home, finding unnecessary belongings and clutter in every corner.
We've all been there. So has Kashlee Kucheran (@kashlee_k). She realized how much she was Keeping Up with the Jones's, and sold 90% of her stuff to live a life of minimalism. And now, she's on the pod to share her story.
How did she decide on this lifestyle? Was it hard? How did she do it? Was her husband on board? What was it like getting rid of that much stuff? How many plates does she own now? Yep, we cover it all, including the effects on relationships and plans.
Minimalism can have a negative connotation, and Kashlee shares her perspective on what it means. We can all learn a thing or two from her, and definitely get rid of a thing or two.
