28: Today, Chelsea does a solo episode about self-care and how we need to stop being so sh***y to ourselves. 

She breaks it down by mind, body, and spirit. 

What works for Chelsea might not work for you, and she encourages you to try out different things to see what aligns best for your needs.

She shares past struggles, like:

- Being obsessed with tracking things and seeing the numbers on the scale

- Having to go to a GI specialist and was told to basically stop eating chocolate (LOL)

- How much she "punished" herself on a daily/weekly basis with negative self talk

Being mean to yourself is whack as hell. Let's all work on actually loving ourselves so we can be the best version of ourselves, and actually have fun each day...not worry about weight, size, looks, etc. 

Wouldn't you rather live a life where we're all vibrating at our highest frequency and taking care of every aspect of our minds, bodies, and spirits -- that sounds way more fun than living in a cloud of self doubt every day, right?
