We know that loving our minds quiets them. When our minds are in reactive mode, we are flooded with thoughts. The same is true of our body - but when our body reacts, we feel sensations, pain, and feelings. Our job is to love the body and all its reactions. This quiets the body, and then we can experience the depth of our hearts, our souls, our pure awareness. We don't want to suppress thoughts and feelings; we want to love them so much our hearts expand into the fullness of love.
