Clay Hunnicutt is a veteran Nashville music executive with 27+ years in radio, label leadership, and artist development. Most recently he served as EVP of Label Operations at Big Machine Label Group, where he oversaw marketing, streaming, partnerships, and catalog initiatives across multiple major imprints and helped guide the careers of chart-topping country artists. He also previously served as President and partner of Big Loud Records and has deep experience in programming and national music strategy across major radio markets. In 2025 he exited Big Machine and co-founded Honey Music, continuing his work shaping artist careers and industry innovation.
