In the previous episode, we talked about the amount of INPUT we have on a daily basis from... emails, you tube, TV, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, notifications, news, podcasts, and other sources.  

Much of this constant input is stressful, sad, and worrisome, and our brains and nervous systems weren't built for this.  This is why we need to allow our nervous systems to rest....and create more "blank space".

In this episode, we'll discuss why we need SENSORY REST and the benefits we gain from creating more "blank space" in our lives.
