What's your go-to state of being on a daily basis- is it worry or calm?  

Asking this question brings awareness to where we are right now and whether we are leaning more towards worry, or into a calm state of being. In this episode, we discuss the effects of living from an elevated state of calm, including parasympathetic nervous system stimulation and the consequent benefits of this physiological response.

If you answer this question and conclude that you're leaning heavily into a state of calm, most of the time, carry on!  Protect your sense of peace and calm with everything you've got.

But, if you find that you're leaning into worry most of the time, we can change this starting today.  In this episode, we'll discuss a 3-step process to shift away from a baseline state of worry, and towards a preferred state of calm.
