This episode continues to build on the benefits of short, simple ancient Chinese movements (soft jumps, arm swings, trunk twists, golf swings, marches, etc.) to your existing exercise routine.  

Adding these simple, gentle, rhythmic movements provides healthy stimulation to the lymphatic system and promotes healthy function of the body's built-in waste removal system.   We'll also discuss a few different, simple movements (shoulder rolls, neck rotations, marching, and ankle pumps)  which gives you a variety of simple movements to consider when incorporating simple movements into your routine.
