It was an honor to sit and talk with my cousins, Lou Ferrari and his sister Gia Ferrari, owners of LuGia's Ice Cream and LDL Pools in Rochester, Ny. I had a special guest join as well, my sister, Shannon McPheron. We talked to my cousins about what it was like growing up in a family business and how both stores have evolved throughout the years.
