In creation, God ordered the world by seasons. Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter come and go each year, according to God’s divine purpose and plan. In many ways, God has ordered all of our lives by seasons as well. We all look forward, with excitement, to Spring and it’s new beginnings. Each one of us has felt the relaxation of sweet Summer-time and the rest that it brings. We’ve gathered together and enjoyed the celebration that comes with the Fall and it’s harvest, and we’ve all embraced the dark night of Winter. It’s important that we understand each of these seasons that God brings into our lives, and how He desires to use them in our lives to grow and shape us.
