Welcome to Part 2 of What’s the Reality on What the Reality: Jersey Shore. I know it’s been a while, but my schedule has been completely off since the holidays! In part one, I really deep-dive’d into the origins of Jersey Shore and where they found the original members of the all-star cast from New York to the Shore. I also talked about how Jersey Shore was supposed to be an all-male cast.
In part two, we are going to close out the deep dive on Jersey Shore with an examination of the friendships and “situationships,” which were famously coined by Mike “The Situation.” I am going to visit some of the most iconic moments in Jersey Shore history, and most importantly, life after Jersey Shore. Unlike other reality shows, the Jersey Shore cast has maintained significant relevance after the show through more reality TV spin-offs and guest appearances. However, one castmate's future changed significantly after his tax evasion scandal.
