Fred Harbinson is the President/General Manager/Head Coach of the Penticton Vees(WHL). The Vees have been the face of the BCHL and one of the most storied franchises in all of Jr. 'A' hockey over the years. In addition to having produced many NHL draft picks, the Vees have been a top choice for player development to the NCAA Division 1 level. Now with their exit from the BCHL and entrance into the WHL, the Vees look to continue that performance at the highest level of junior hockey.
