Description

In this episode, I’m joined by the luminous Amihan Jennifer Matias of Kapwa Racial Equity for a deeply grounding conversation on what it means to remember who we are together.

Rooted and Rising: The Inner Work of Collective Liberation invites us into the Filipino concept of kapwa—a knowing that we belong to one another—and into the body as a living archive of ancestral memory, wisdom, and intuition. We talk about decolonization as an inner practice, leading from the body, and how healing unfolds not in isolation, but in community.

This episode is for anyone feeling the quiet (or urgent) call to reconnect with their roots, trust their inner knowing, and remember that liberation is something we do with and for one another.
