Spiritual timelessness is a state of pure consciousness, often described as the "eternal now," where the soul experiences existence without the limitations of time, change, or separation. It involves moving beyond the ego and thought-driven mind to experience profound stillness, unity with the divine, and an awareness of being, rather than doing. 

Key Aspects of Spiritual Timelessness:

• The Eternal Now: It is the recognition that only the present moment exists, and in this state, all moments coexist.
• Transcending Ego: Timelessness is achieved when the mind stops, the body relaxes, and the individual sense of "I" fades, allowing a deeper awareness of the true, formless self.
• The "Witness" State: A state of observation, often reached through deep meditation or spiritual practice, where one acts as a witness to life without being caught in its, or the mind's, fluctuations.
• Divine Unity: It is an experience of oneness with God, removing the illusion of separation that causes suffering.
• The "Vertical" Life: In contrast to the "horizontal" plane of daily routines (time-bound), the "vertical" plane is the present moment, a quiet hum of life force, and the source of creativity. 

Accessing Timelessness:

• Meditation: Deep meditation is a direct path to experiencing the stillness beyond thoughts.
• Presence in Activity: It can be experienced in daily life through complete immersion in an activity, such as art or appreciating nature, where the sense of time disappears.
• Acceptance of the Moment: Letting go of the need to control the future or dwell on the past allows for an entry into this state. 

Difference Between Time and Timelessness:

• Time is characterized by change, measurement, and the "before and after" of material existence.
• Timelessness is the absence of change and the transcendence of that measurement.
