From there, we talk energetics. Consistent joy practice elevates your frequency, calms the nervous system, and opens the door to synchronicity. Friends call with the exact dates you imagined, venues appear, and strangers feel your warmth before you speak. Not everyone will welcome your glow, and sometimes life prunes what no longer fits. That grief can be real and still be grace.

We also answer the 3 a.m. wakeup: treat it as a call to send love. Offer a quick blessing to anyone hurting, ask your angels to help, and then lean on frequencies or a sleep track to settle back in.
