Art Revolution sits down with the man, the myth, the legend Justin Capri for Episode 17. Justin is an entrepreneur, father, husband and community organizer responsible for spearheading the construction of the Ukiah Skate Park and starting numerous successful local businesses. With deep roots in Mendocino County, Justin has been an integral staple in the local skate community as the owner of Freedom Skate Shop which became ground zero for local skate culture and advocating for the building of the Ukiah Skate Park. Since then, Justin has gone on to do big things in the cannabis industry helping to promote and create award winning product lines like Farmer and The Felon, Absolute Extracts and Care By Design under his previous company Cannacraft. He now has launched a new brand called Soma-Rosa which is a farm to consumer cannabis brand using cutting edge technology and genetics to produce the highest quality product to the consumer. He also Co-Founded Gateway Mendocino reviving the 12-acre property which was previously the site of The Solar Living Institute in Hopland (Founded by John Schaeffer in 1998) where they honored the roots of the land while also bringing a hip, innovative vision for it's future. Gateway hosts a plethora of events from weddings, to non-profit benefits, to music and art gatherings offering glamping and an immersive getaway and retreat for health and wellness events, company retreats and the arts.
