Over the past year, meditation has become part of my daily life. It's helped me feel more grounded and still, and has opened space for deeper connection with my intuition, higher self and guardians. 

There's no one "right" way to meditate and can look so different for everyone. Some people prefer sitting, others laying down (that's usually what feels best for me). The most important part is simply choosing what feels best for you. 

A few ways I like to meditate: 

-Listening to sound bath music 

-Guided meditations on Youtube (Gabby Bernstein and Great Meditation are my favorites) 

-Intuitively guiding myself through my own meditation 

-Silent meditation
