That realization led me here.
We’re trained to chase growth — followers, subscribers, views. Big numbers that look impressive. But big numbers don’t always mean big impact. And they don’t necessarily mean support.

They’re built through participation.
Through cheering people on.
Through showing up with joy.
Through investing in the ecosystem you want to live inside.
Maybe the goal isn’t to go viral.
Maybe it’s to deepen trust.
To serve the people already here.
To send the supportive text.
To write the thank-you note.
To champion someone this week.
Relationships are the real infrastructure.
So ask yourself:
Who consistently cheers you on?
And who are you cheering on?
