Description

Welcome to Talking with Emma—a podcast for smart, capable women who feel like their body is the one part of life they still haven’t figured out.

I’m Emma Wright—a 55-year-old mum of two teens, body image coach, author, and someone who knows firsthand how hard it can be to live in a body—especially when you’ve spent years trying to fix it.

In each episode, I share the only thing that helped me—and the women I work with—stop obsessing and start feeling at home in themselves: practical, powerful self-coaching tools.

These tools help you move from knowing what to do—how to care for yourself, stand up for yourself, feed yourself—to actually being able to do those things sustainably.

This podcast gets you out of the narrative that tells us to 'wait until your body is “better” to start living'. You’ll learn how to reclaim your confidence, your trust in yourself, and your enoughness.

That’s not self-improvement. That’s power.

I’m a Certified Non-Diet Body Image and Intuitive Eating Coach, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching from a trauma-informed perspective, and the author of two books. I’ve gone from a violent to a liberated body image—and nothing brings me more joy than watching other women come home to themselves.

If you liked this episode and want to stay connected with Emma and the tools she shares, the next best step is to download the Midlife Body Image Guide. You'll also get first access to free masterclasses on emotional eating, body acceptance, and getting obsessive food thinking out of your brain.
