Melanie Lightbourn-Rowe, a native of Nassau, Bahamas, She has worked in the field of education for over twenty-two years from classroom teacher to Dean of Students. Melanie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from The Master’s College in Newhall, California. She also received a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership Policies from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is the writer of three books: "STRiKE! - A Performing Arts Approach to Bullying", "Things I Wish You Knew" and her most recent book, "Am I Daddy's Girl?" Melanie's platform serves to heal broken relationships, especially those involving fatherless sons and daughters.
