Join Ellie for a look into the ways we self-sabotage ourselves - this is both in the context of our posture practice, but also our life more widely. Ellie firmly believes that how we do one thing, is how we do everything, and we can use our posture practice to hold a mirror up to ourselves to highlight the ways we might not be showing much self-awareness or self-compassion. If we can focus on our self-awareness and self-compassion, Ellie believes this is where progress via posture occurs, but also where self-growth more widely occurs. She apologises for her slightly unhinged nature of this episode - it's been a very busy and very stressful few weeks and you can definitely sense the vibe!
