Do we worship or copy worship? Should we compare the way we worship to the way others may worship? I used to think we had to show God our love in the way we see others give praise. Especially, when it comes to the worship service. Learning how to worship by example is one thing; comparing yourself to others is another.

You may have heard these statements in the church: “Man, he’s anointed in his worship.” or “I wish I could pray like that.”

Here's the power punch to the gut: “She’s got that special connection with God, but I'm not like that, how can I lead worship?”

Ok. This is bogus.
