There is a truth that cuts through the pressure many worship leaders carry every single week. “Bad worship services don’t exist because God was still praised.” That line pushes back on a mindset that quietly shapes how we lead. The belief that if everything did not go perfectly, then something was wrong. The belief that excellence equals acceptance. The belief that God is grading the moment the same way people might. And if we are not careful, that belief will slowly drain the life out of what worship was always meant to be.
