Sara relocated to Manassas in the recent past and, driven by her experience with the schools decided to run for office! It's an (IMHO) insightful look at how things work at the School Board.
Keep in mind, when I say "recent past", it's because of the old Manassas tradition of thinking: anyone not here for at least 20 years is "new". :)
